These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of loosethreadz.net (the “Site”) and any purchases from Loose Threadz (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to make a purchase.

2) Products, Pricing, and Availability

Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice.
We try to display product colors accurately, but your screen may show colors differently.
We may limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion (including suspected fraud or pricing errors).

3) Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Payment must be received before an order is shipped.
If we cannot fulfill an item, we may cancel and refund that item.

4) Shipping (US Only)

We ship within the United States only.

Shipping times and costs: Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days (1–3 business days processing + 3–5 business days shipping). Shipping costs are calculated into the cost of the items, so you pay nothing extra! 🙂

Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

Risk of loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address.

5) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return window: 30 days upon delivery.

Condition: brand new, with as much original packaging as possible.

Non-returnable items: items that no longer meet the requirements for “brand new”. Any items sold at a discount will only refund for the price it was sold as.

Return shipping: the customer is responsible for the initial return shipping, and upon receipt with proof of purchase and shipping costs, all shipping costs hailed by the customer will be refunded.

Refund timing: expect a refund within 14 days upon our receipt of the returned item and proof of purchase.

6) Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes:

May be time-limited and subject to additional terms
Cannot be combined unless stated
May exclude certain items (e.g., sale items)

7) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, designs, text, images, product photos) is owned by or licensed to Loose Threadz and may not be used without written permission.

8) User Content (If You Post Reviews/Comments)

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for business purposes. You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

9) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Violate any laws
Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or operation
Use the Site to transmit malware or spam
Copy or scrape Site content without permission

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loose Threadz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loose Threadz from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law rules.

14) Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Volusia County, Florida.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
