Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made from Loose Threadz (“we,” “us,” “our”) at loosethreadz.net.

 

1) Return Window

 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return. To start a return, contact us at bpm.merchant57@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

 

2) Return Eligibility (Condition of Items)

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • [unworn and unwashed]

  • [in original condition]

  • [with tags/packaging, if applicable]

  • Free of stains, odors (including smoke), pet hair, or damage

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

3) Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • [Final sale/clearance items]

  • [Gift cards]

  • [Custom or personalized items]

 

4) How to Start a Return

Email bpm.merchant57@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’re returning

  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

We’ll reply with return instructions.

 

5) Return Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs upfront.

Return shipping reimbursement: We will refund your return shipping cost if you provide:

  1. Proof of purchase, and

  2. Proof of return shipping cost (e.g., carrier receipt showing the amount paid and a tracking number).

 

6) Refunds

 

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing: After you submit the required proof (and we confirm the return meets our policy), you can expect your refund within 14 days.

What’s refunded:

  • The returned item(s) purchase price (and applicable taxes, if required by law)

  • Plus approved return shipping reimbursement as described above

 

7) Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size/color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

8) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bpm.merchant57@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

 

9) Cancellations

 

  • Most orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t shipped. We do not guarantee cancellations once an order is placed.
