This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on Loose Threadz (“we,” “us,” “our”) at loosethreadz.net.

 

Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Shipping Cost

 

We offer free shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are already included in the product price.

 

Processing Time

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
 

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handing the order off to the carrier.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you at the email address provided at checkout.

 

Shipping Time (Transit)

 

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

 

Estimated delivery = 4–8 business days (1–3 business days processing + 3–5 business days shipping).
 

These are estimates and not guarantees.

 

Order Tracking

 

If tracking is available, we’ll email you tracking information once your order ships.

 

Address Accuracy

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Delays, Lost Packages, and Carrier Issues

 

Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other events outside our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us at bpm.merchant57@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.

 

Returns Shipping (30-Day Return Start Window)

 

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs upfront.
 

Return shipping reimbursement: We will refund your return shipping cost if you provide:

  1. Proof of purchase, and

  2. Proof of return shipping cost (e.g., carrier receipt showing amount paid and tracking number).

 

 

Refund Timing (Including Return Shipping Reimbursement)

 

Once you submit the required proof (and we confirm the return meets our return requirements), you can expect your refund within 14 days.
